  Hello, My name is Tiffany Hills, and I am the owner and director of Kings Hill and Riverside student stay. specialist providers of student accommodation for international students.

  My journey in this sector began many years ago through first-hand experience hosting overseas students in my own home while raising a young family. As a single mother, I developed a deep understanding of the importance of stability, trust, and care — particularly for young people living away from home and family support networks. This lived experience has strongly shaped my professional values and the standards we uphold across our homestay communities.

  Over time, this passion evolved into a professionally managed homestay operation built on strong values, clear processes, and genuine care. Navigating the challenges of family life, business growth, and a global pandemic has further strengthened my resilience, leadership, and commitment to delivering dependable, high-quality accommodation services. Today, with my children grown, I am focused on leading the business with clarity, integrity, and a forward-thinking vision, while continuing to adapt to the evolving needs of students and our international partners.

  Central to our success is our exceptional network of host families. Their professionalism, dedication, and care enable us to deliver a consistently high standard of service to our overseas partners and, most importantly, to provide students with a safe, supportive, and welcoming “home away from home”.

  Writing about oneself can be challenging, so I asked a close family member to describe me on both a personal and professional level. This is how they summarised me:

• Vartika Chauhan

  

  My name is Vartika Chauhan, and I’m truly delighted and honoured to support the growth of our KingsHill Student Stay family as I step into the role of Centre Head for the new Riverside Student Stay. I’m excited to continue nurturing the caring, welcoming community that makes our student stay experience so special. With over a decade of experience working as a university professor, I have developed a strong understanding of how to guide, support, and nurture young people. My professional background has given me the skills to recognise children’s needs, help them feel secure and confident, and gently guide them in understanding values, responsibility, and right from wrong.

  Alongside my professional life, I am a proud mother of two wonderful sons. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I am fortunate to have a loving and encouraging husband who has always been my greatest supporter, motivating me to grow both personally and professionally.

  In my free time, I enjoy singing, dancing, and cooking — hobbies that bring warmth, creativity, and joy into our home. I believe these interests help create a welcoming and positive environment where young people can feel relaxed and at ease.

  After working closely with Tiffney Hill and gaining valuable insight into delivering high-quality care and support, we collectively felt inspired to take the next step. Together, we made the decision to expand and build something new, driven by shared values, experience, and a commitment to excellence.

  Our aim is to offer a dependable, caring, and professional service, ensuring that every student feels comfortable, supported, and happy throughout their stay. High standards, clear communication, and genuine care are at the core of everything I do, and I take great pride in creating an environment where students can truly thrive.

• Sara Henderson

  

  Hi, my name is Sara, I am married to Neal and mother of Megan (14) and Cody (11) and our adorable cavapoo Betsy! I enjoy running, strength training and cooking.

  I am a mature student studying a BSc degree in Science and Nutrition. I work behind the scenes creating easy to prepare nutritious recipes for our hosts to cook for our wonderful students to enjoy! I am the go-to person for allergen advise! (All dietary requirements can be catered for).

  I have worked within the education sector for the last 13years, running my own childcare practice looking after children ranging 9m-11years old. I love hosting and working with children. I am kind, empathetic and approachable.

  Prior to this, I was a Logistics Manager for 8 years within the security industry. I am very organised and you will sometimes see me greeting the coaches of an evening, seeing the students off to their allocated hosts and making sure the coach departs on time in the mornings to support both Kings Hill & Riverside Centres.
